Les nouveautés et améliorations de FormFlow, version après version.

  1. Améliorations de maintenance et de fiabilité.

    v1.17.2

  2. v1.17.1

  3. v1.17.0

    • Ajouté

Your own words on the Send button

Each form can now say what its Send button does — “Register”, “Get my quote”, “Hand in my paper” — in up to 40 characters, set under the form’s fields. Your words appear exactly as you write them on your hosted page, in a microsite’s form block, in embeds that load your form live, and in code you copy from then on. Leave it blank and the button keeps saying “Send” in your form’s language.

  4. v1.16.0

    • Ajouté

      Print a submission

A Print button on each submission now opens a clean page with just that submission: every answer under its question, in the order of your form, and on a graded form the mark, whether it passed, and each question’s review. Print it or save it as a PDF for your records. Uploaded files are listed by name, and the page always prints dark text on white, even when you use the dark theme.

  5. v1.15.0

    • Ajouté

A QR code for your hosted page

When your hosted page is live, a QR code button now sits under its address in the form editor. It shows the code so you can test it with your phone, and downloads it as an SVG file that prints sharply on posters, flyers, slides and handouts. The code holds your page’s permanent address directly, with no redirect service in between, so it keeps working for as long as the page is published.

  6. v1.14.0

    • Ajouté

      Help text under a question

Add a line of guidance under any question in the form builder, such as “As printed on your student card” or “PDF only, up to 10 MB”, in up to 500 characters. It appears under the question on your hosted page, your Microsite forms, your embedded forms and every code snippet you copy, stays visible while people type, and screen readers read it with the question, even after an answer is refused. Hidden fields have none, and forms without help text don’t change.

  7. v1.13.0

    • Ajouté

      Duplicate a form

Choose Duplicate on any form in your Forms list, or under Tools in its editor, and FormFlow makes a copy in the same team with the fields, steps and settings it had when last saved — answer key, hosted page, receipt, digest recipients and security settings included. The copy gets its own endpoint, so it needs its own embed code or hosted link. Submissions, the roster, webhooks and the Google Sheets destination stay with the original, and the copy doesn’t accept submissions until you turn it on.

  8. v1.12.0

    • Ajouté

Pre-fill a form from its link, and carry hidden values like a campaign source

Add answers to your hosted page or Microsite address, such as ?email=ada@example.com, and the form opens with them already filled in. The person can still change anything they can see. A new Hidden field type holds a value the person never sees, like a campaign source or a CRM reference: add ?utm_source=newsletter to the link and it arrives with the submission, in your inbox, exports, Google Sheets and webhooks. Strict mode accepts a hidden field you have declared, so you can track campaigns without turning it off. Answers someone has already sent always win over the link, a choice only takes one of its own options, and graded forms are never pre-filled. Links can end up in analytics and server logs, so keep personal data out of them unless you mean to.

  9. v1.11.0

    • Ajouté

Close a form at a set time or after a number of submissions

Beside "Accepting submissions" you can now choose a time, in UTC, when your form closes, a number of submissions after which it closes, or both. Spam never counts toward the number. Once a rule is met the form stops accepting exactly as if you had switched it off, and its hosted page shows the closed notice. The note under the switch says when the form will close and how many submissions it has so far. Clear the rule, raise the number or delete submissions, and the form opens again.

  10. v1.10.8

    • Corrigé

Reconnecting Google keeps the spreadsheets you paused paused

If Google stopped accepting your connection and you reconnected it, FormFlow started sending again to every spreadsheet, including ones you had paused yourself. Reconnecting now resumes only the spreadsheets that were sending, and the ones you paused stay paused until you resume them.

  11. Améliorations de maintenance et de fiabilité.

    v1.10.7

  12. v1.10.6

    • Corrigé

Deleting a submission from its page forgets your spam correction

When you marked a submission as spam or not spam and then deleted it from its own page, your form's spam filter kept learning from it. It now forgets the correction, as it already did when you deleted from the submissions list.

  13. v1.10.5

    • Corrigé

The Hosted page preview shows the page you publish

The preview in the form builder now draws your form exactly as your hosted page does: the same two-column layout, the note about required questions, and, on a graded form, the question cards and the progress bar above them.

  14. Améliorations de maintenance et de fiabilité.

    v1.10.4

  15. v1.10.3

    • Corrigé

Retry is offered only when it can work

A Google Sheets delivery no longer offers Retry while your Google connection is disconnected, because it could not be sent until you reconnect. Once you reconnect, waiting deliveries go out on their own and Retry returns for the rest.

  16. v1.10.2

    • Corrigé

      Webhooks send each submission once

Adding a webhook, or changing its address or secret, no longer resends the submissions that arrived in the few minutes before. A webhook now receives only the submissions that arrive after it is set up.

  17. v1.10.1

    • Amélioré

      Slack speaks your questions

Slack messages now list each answer under the question label you wrote, in the order your form asks them.

    • Amélioré

      Summaries follow your form

The one-line summary in your inbox, refused inbox and digest emails now leads with your form’s first answered questions, including checkbox lists and grids.

    • Amélioré

Refused submissions read like accepted ones

Opening a refused submission now shows what was sent under your question labels, in your form’s order, just like an accepted submission.

    • Corrigé

      Uploaded files show their names

Slack messages, Google Sheets, digests, CSV exports and the refused inbox now show an uploaded file by the name it was uploaded under, instead of internal storage details.

  18. v1.10.0

    • Sécurité

      Cleaner delivery errors

When a digest, webhook or receipt fails, the error you see is a plain sentence and never includes internal server details.

    • Ajouté

See exactly who is still waiting

The waiting count on your dashboard now opens the inbox on exactly those submissions, under a “Waiting past follow-up time” filter you can remove like any other.

    • Corrigé

Forms on a microsite keep their own language

A form placed on a microsite in another language now tells screen readers its own language when it shows a link, a closed notice or its thank-you message.

    • Corrigé

Retry only when a delivery can be sent

Retry is no longer offered on a delivery that could not go out anyway, such as a receipt to an address that bounced or a destination you have since changed.

  19. v1.9.2

    • Corrigé

Closed-form pages in your form’s language

When someone sends a form you have closed, tries a sign-in page too many times, or reaches a form that is no longer available, the page they see is now in your form’s language rather than their browser’s.

  20. v1.9.1

    • Amélioré

      Links in replies

Links you put in a reply to a lead are now clickable, so you can send a booking or payment page. They must start with https://, and the website each one leads to is shown beside it.

  21. v1.9.0

    • Ajouté

Reply to a lead from the inbox

On paid plans, write back to the person who filled in your form straight from their submission. Their answer comes to your notification address, and a reply that bounces puts the lead back on your list.

    • Ajouté

      Open and handled submissions

Mark each submission handled once your team has dealt with it, reopen it if needed, and filter the inbox to what is still open.

    • Ajouté

      Leads still waiting

Choose, per form, how long a submission may stay open — 4 hours, 1 day, 2 days or 1 week — and your dashboard shows how many have waited longer.

    • Corrigé

      Paragraphs in receipts

Submitter receipts now keep the paragraphs and line breaks you write, instead of running them together into one block.

  22. Améliorations de maintenance et de fiabilité.

    v1.8.5

  23. v1.8.4

    • Corrigé

      Right-to-left text in copied forms

Forms you copy into your own site as HTML, Blade, React or Vue now show Arabic and other right-to-left labels and answers in the right direction, even on a left-to-right page, as the hosted page already did.

  24. Améliorations de maintenance et de fiabilité.

    v1.8.3

  25. v1.8.2

    • Corrigé

Form errors fully in the form's language

When a form turns a submission away — it is closed, a seat was already used, time ran out, or a file was refused — the message now reads in the form's language instead of English.

  26. Améliorations de maintenance et de fiabilité.

    v1.8.1

  27. v1.8.0

    • Ajouté

      A public changelog

Every FormFlow release and what it changed, newest first, in English and Arabic.

    • Ajouté

      Richer Microsite design

Pick an accent colour and a page preset, style each section, and use richer versions of the content blocks.

    • Corrigé

      Arabic Microsites stay in place

An Arabic Microsite with a form on it no longer scrolls sideways off the screen.

    • Corrigé

Confirmation emails fully in the form's language

Answers such as Yes and No in the email sent to the person who filled a form now read in that form's language, even when the email is sent later.

    • Corrigé

      Filtered links open filtered

Links that point to a filtered list now open with that filter applied.

  28. v1.7.2

    • Amélioré

      Faster Microsites with forms

A Microsite with several forms on it now loads them all at once instead of one at a time.

    • Corrigé

      Notices in the visitor's language

A notice shown to someone filling a form now follows their browser language when there is no form to take the language from.

  29. v1.7.1

    • Corrigé

      Preview in the form's language

The builder's preview now shows a form in the language the people filling it will see.

  30. v1.7.0

    • Ajouté

      A language for each form

Choose the language a form speaks to the people filling it: its hosted page, notices, embedded form and generated code all follow it, in any of the nine supported languages.

    • Ajouté

      Emails in the reader's language

Every email FormFlow sends now reads in its recipient's language, right to left where that language is.

    • Ajouté

      Translated error pages

Error pages now appear in the reader's language.

    • Amélioré

      Invitations keep their language

Accepting a team invitation opens FormFlow in the language the invitation was sent in.

    • Amélioré

      More scripts on Microsites

Microsites gain fonts for Hindi, Bengali and Russian, and a form placed on one speaks its own language.

    • Corrigé

      Every script on hosted pages

Hosted pages and their notices now carry the right font for every supported language.

  31. v1.6.2

    • Amélioré

      Quicker responses under load

Forms and pages answer faster when FormFlow is busy.

    • Corrigé

Answers kept when sending too fast

Someone who submits a hosted form too often in a short time keeps their answers instead of losing them.

  33. v1.6.0

Inputs in generated and embedded forms no longer overflow their container.

    • Corrigé

      More of the builder translated

Field type names and the dates on a submission's history now appear in your language.

    • Corrigé

      Team name updates at once

Renaming a team now updates the name in the top bar straight away.

      Your own analytics on Microsites

Connect your own Google Analytics 4 property to a published Microsite.

    • Amélioré

      Microsite redesign

Every block and the page around it were redesigned to suit each theme, and the builder became a live canvas with an outline.

    • Amélioré

      Forms on Microsites stand alone

A form placed on a Microsite no longer needs its own hosted page.

    • Corrigé

      Clearer sharing settings

Search and sharing settings say plainly what they do, email addresses and phone numbers become working links, and an upload survives an unsaved removal.

  36. Améliorations de maintenance et de fiabilité.

    v1.5.1

  37. v1.5.0

    • Ajouté

      Microsite themes

Dividers, timelines, comparison tables, team grids, galleries, videos, banners and contact sections.

    • Amélioré

More layouts and a clearer picker

Blocks offer more layouts, the section picker groups them by category with icons, and the footer can hold link columns and your legal links.

  38. v1.4.1

    • Corrigé

      Microsite builder fixes

A new page opens on a proper empty canvas, icons show what they are set to, and published pages load everything they display.

  39. v1.4.0

    • Ajouté

      Microsites

No website to put a form on? Compose a page from ready-made blocks and publish it; publishing needs a paid plan.

    • Ajouté

Build a page from one sentence

Describe the Microsite you want and AI drafts it for you to edit.

    • Corrigé

A clearer message when AI is slow

      No duplicate timed answers

Two answers sent at the same moment for one timed attempt now leave exactly one submission.

    • Corrigé

      Clearer answers to bad links

Malformed links and API requests now get a proper "not found" or refusal instead of a server error, and the builder rejects field names that could never be received.

    v1.2.1

  50. v1.2.0

A seventh built-in style for generated code and hosted pages, with rounded controls and an indigo accent.

Generated quizzes spread correct answers across positions, and generated fields get meaningful names.

    • Corrigé

      Grid answers read clearly

Stored submissions are encrypted at rest and can still be searched without being decrypted.

    • Sécurité

Webhooks, Slack, email digests and confirmation emails to the person who filled the form, each retried and replayable.

    • Ajouté

      Preflight

Before a change goes live, rehearse it against the form's own history and see what it would turn away.

    • Ajouté

      Browser outbox

Answers someone typed but could not send are kept in their browser and sent when they can be.

    • Ajouté

      Form health

Get warned when a form goes quiet, before it silently loses leads.

A spam filter that learns from your corrections, with suggestions to review and optional Turnstile keys of your own.

    • Ajouté

      Forms that learn their shape

FormFlow can infer a form's fields from the submissions it receives and let you adopt them in one click, or import them from a spreadsheet.

    • Ajouté

      Graded forms

Mark answers against a private key, give each question its own marks, admit people from a roster and time their attempt.

    • Ajouté

Accept images on paid plans, export submissions of any size, and see how each question was answered.

    • Ajouté

    • Ajouté

FormFlow and its public pages are available in English, Arabic, Spanish, French, Simplified Chinese, Hindi, Russian, Urdu and Bengali.

    • Amélioré

Lower prices and a four-tab builder

Paid plans now start at $5.99, and the form builder is organised into four tabs, each with its own preview.
