v1.27: a daily Submission digest
Release v1.27.0 lets a Form email its Submission digest every day instead of weekly or monthly. Where the setting is, what arrives, and when.

Release v1.27.0 shipped on 2 October 2026. A Form's email digest used to go out weekly or monthly. It can now go out every day. The Changelog entry says so in one paragraph. This post covers where the setting is, what the email contains, when it arrives and what stays the same.
Where to choose it
Open the Form, go to the Delivery tab and find the group Who hears about a submission. It holds Notification emails, the addresses that get the digest, and a choice labelled Email these addresses. Its options are Daily, Weekly, Monthly and No email. Weekly is the default, and every existing Form keeps the setting it already had.
It is the same digest as before. An address that is on several Forms gets one email that covers every Form it is on, not one email per Form.
What arrives
A heading, Your submissions, then one section for each Form, headed with the Form's name.
In each section, a count of the new Submissions since your last digest and a table with the time each was received and a one-line preview. The time is a link to that Submission in the panel.
At most ten rows for each Form. Past that, a line says how many more there are and links to the inbox.
Spam is left out.
Nothing at all on a day that brought nothing. There is no empty email to ignore.
When it arrives
Digests are sent by one scheduled run each day, and a Daily Form is due on every run. So its addresses hear about new Submissions within a day, not at the moment of each one.
Weekly and Monthly work differently. They go out on your Team's anchor day, which FormFlow derives from the day the Team was created. You do not choose it. Daily needs no anchor day, which is the point of it: it does not depend on which weekday your Team happened to start.
Choosing a cadence
Pick Daily when a person acts on Submissions as they come in, such as replying to enquiries or confirming bookings. A weekly digest can leave a Submission waiting for most of a week before anyone sees it by email. Weekly suits a Form you only skim. No email stops the digest for that Form without removing its addresses.
Two details apply whichever you pick. An address you add to a Form is owed only the Submissions accepted after you added it, none from before. And when you turn a Form's digest back on from No email, FormFlow starts a fresh clock, so the silent period is not mailed to you as one long backlog.
What did not change
Weekly is still the default for a new Form.
One email per address, covering every Form it is on.
Spam stays out of the digest.
Submissions are still delivered to the panel and to webhooks as they arrive.
