These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of FormFlow ("we", "us"), operated by FormFlow, at Amman, Jordan, a headless form backend. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use FormFlow. FormFlow is a business service and is not directed at children.
2. Accounts and security
- You register with a name, email address, and password, and you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account and under any Team you own or belong to.
- You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- Notify us promptly at info@formflow.digital if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. The service
FormFlow receives submissions sent from your own HTML forms to a FormFlow URL, filters them for spam, stores them, and forwards them to destinations you configure (such as your inbox or a webhook endpoint). FormFlow does not host your forms and does not decide what data your forms collect.
4. Your responsibilities for the data you collect
You decide what your forms collect and why. As between you and FormFlow, you are the controller of the personal data contained in your submissions, and FormFlow processes it on your behalf (see our Privacy Policy). You are responsible for:
- Having a lawful basis to collect and process the data your forms gather from the people who submit them ("Submitters");
- Providing those Submitters with any notice or obtaining any consent the law requires;
- Not using your forms to knowingly collect data from children without appropriate consent;
- Responding to Submitters who exercise their data-protection rights over the data you collected.
A Data Processing Addendum is available on request at info@formflow.digital.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use FormFlow to:
- Break any applicable law or infringe anyone's rights;
- Send, solicit, or store unlawful, harmful, or infringing content;
- Operate phishing, fraud, or credential-harvesting forms, or distribute malware;
- Originate unsolicited bulk messaging (spam) or evade our spam controls;
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service or its infrastructure.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.
Where you publish a form as a hosted page on a FormFlow domain, that page is content we serve on your behalf, and you are responsible for it. We may take an individual hosted page offline where we reasonably believe it breaches this section — without closing your account or deleting your forms or submissions, which remain yours and remain available to you. Hosted pages are not indexed by search engines.
6. Plans, usage, and submissions
- A Counted Submission is an accepted, non-spam submission, including a recovered lead. Refused requests, preflights, spam, and delivery retries do not count.
- Free includes 100 Counted Submissions per UTC calendar month and stops accepting them at that cap. Paid plans include the usage shown at checkout for each subscription period.
- Starting a paid subscription authorizes automatic Overage billing: paid Counted Submissions above included usage are accepted as Overage and added to the next renewal as one aggregate charge at the published per-1,000 rate. You may set an Overage spending cap, above which submissions are refused.
- Daily and usage-period safety ceilings, API rate limits, and stored-upload limits protect the service from abuse. Requests beyond a ceiling may be refused without storing their payload.
- We may change plans or pricing on reasonable notice. Base price, included usage, and Overage rate changes do not affect a paid usage period already underway; safety ceilings, API rate limits, and storage limits may change sooner where reasonably necessary to protect the service.
7. Payment and refunds
- Paddle is the merchant of record for paid plans. Paddle calculates and collects applicable taxes, processes payment, and issues billing documents.
- You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the current paid period.
- Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy and any rights that apply by law.
8. Availability and warranties
FormFlow is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that spam filtering will catch every unwanted submission. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FormFlow will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data, revenue, or profits. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Termination and account closure
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. On closure, we retain your data for 30 days (so you can return or export it) and then permanently delete it, as described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and change the "last updated" date. Continued use of FormFlow after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute relating to them is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.
13. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be sent to info@formflow.digital.
