v1.68: an assistant inside your panel
v1.68.0 puts an assistant in the panel for Teams on a paid Plan. Ask about Forms, Submissions, deliveries, usage or plan limits and every answer names its source — without reading Submission values.

v1.68.0, released on 17 October 2026, adds an assistant inside the panel for Teams on a paid Plan. It is not a general chatbot and not a second support desk: it answers questions about your own Forms and Submissions, in the language you write in, and it names the source behind each answer.
What you can ask it
The assistant covers the ground a Dashboard member already walks, without a trip through the documentation:
Forms — what a Form asks, how it is set up, and how its fields are arranged.
Submissions — how many arrived, how many are Open or Handled, and what was refused.
Deliveries — where a Form sends its Submissions and what happened to them.
Usage — how much of the current period's allowance is spent.
Plan limits — what the Plan allows and what happens at its ceiling.
Setup — the steps a Form still needs before it can receive.
Every answer carries a source
The assistant answers from two places only: FormFlow's own published truth — the glossary, the reference docs and customer-facing decisions on an allow-list — and the records it reads for your Team. Each claim in a reply is tied to the source that supports it, so a number you did not expect can be checked rather than argued with.
When neither place covers the question, it says it does not know instead of filling the gap with something plausible. That restraint is the feature. An assistant whose answers can be checked is worth more than one that is never unsure.
What it sees, and the one thing it never reads
It reads your Team's records: which Forms exist, how they are configured, how many Submissions arrived and what happened to their deliveries. It answers in the language of the person asking, not the language of the Form, so a mixed Team can each ask in their own words.
It never sees Submission values. It can tell you that a Form received twelve Submissions and that three deliveries failed; it cannot tell you what any Submitter typed. The answers people give a Form are the most sensitive thing FormFlow stores, and a chat window is not a reason to widen who may read them. Your conversations are saved, and they are private to you.
The smaller entry in the same Release
v1.68.0 also fixes the API documentation page, which now follows dark mode throughout — header and search included — instead of keeping a light header over a dark page. If you read the API reference at night, that is the whole change.
What did not change
A Release is easier to trust when it is explicit about its edges.
The assistant answers and explains. It does not retry a failed delivery or recover a refused Submission; those confirm-first recovery and retry actions arrive later, in v1.72.
It is not the Assistant connection. The connection is how your own AI client reads FormFlow with an API token; the panel assistant lives inside the Dashboard.
Ingestion is untouched. A Submission is judged, stored and delivered exactly as before, whether or not anyone asks the assistant about it.
The full entry is v1.68.0 in the Changelog. Two earlier posts cover the work the assistant can explain: saved replies that fill in the Submitter's answers, and replying to a lead while seeing what is still waiting.
